Plan ahead
Please allow 60-90 minutes for your initial appointment. We want to allow the time necessary to address and identify the root cause of your presenting complaints.
If you have any records or imaging that should be reviewed, please drop them by the clinic at least 48 hours prior to your initial visit.
Dress for comfort
As our name says, we’re pretty active in our approach to rehabilitative care. During your initial visit, we’ll perform multiple tests and evaluations that require free-movement. Clothing that restricts movement or are generally uncomfortable may inhibit our ability to perform accurate testing.
Insurance Accepted
We are always happy to file your insurance benefits whether you’re in or out of network.
Financially Transparent
Once we have your insurance details, our team gets to work to help provide you with a detailed report for any available discounts or benefits available under your specific plan prior to your visit.
Please keep in mind that there are thousands of different plans and each have varying levels of benefits and potentially excluded services. We will attempt to provide the most accurate estimate based on the information that is provided to us and notify you immediately should a discrepancy arise.
