Cassie Hulme is the Practice Administrator and a Certified Chiropractic Therapist Assistant at Active Sports Therapy (AST) in Hendersonville, TN. A proud Hendersonville native, Cassie has played a foundational role in AST since its opening in 2009. Alongside her husband, Dr. Jason Hulme, she helped turn their shared high school dream into a thriving, patient-centered practice known for excellence in care.

As Clinic Administrator, Cassie leads daily operations, ensuring that providers and staff have the support they need to deliver exceptional patient experiences. She excels in refining clinic workflows, managing operations, and keeping the entire team aligned and thriving. Her professional credentials—CTA, CCCA, and CPPM®—underscore her expertise in both clinical and administrative excellence.

Cassie’s leadership and dedication were recognized statewide in 2025 when she was named Chiropractic Assistant of the Year by the Tennessee Chiropractic Association (TCA)—a prestigious honor that reflects her impact on both patients and the profession.

Outside the clinic, Cassie is a proud mom to two active daughters, Amlyn and Elleigh, and keeps their family life running like clockwork. Whether she’s at the clinic, at the sports field, or organizing carpools, she does it all with heart and determination. In her downtime, she enjoys playing pickleball and spending time outdoors with her family.

Cassie also gives back to her community as PTO President at Indian Lake Elementary, where she leads with compassion, creativity, and a deep commitment to service. Her community efforts have earned her multiple honors, including the Optimist of the Year award from the Optimist Club of Hendersonville and the Arc of Optimism Excellence Award from Fogleman Properties.
