Online Booking | Online booking and the patient portal are run by Jane App at asjc.janeapp.com. Jane’s privacy policy applies there.

Contact Form | If you use the form on our contact page, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, the time of day you prefer us to call, and what you tell us about your concern. We use it to respond to you and schedule your visit. We do not send what you type in the form to advertising or analytics services. Please share only what you are comfortable sending online; you can always tell us more by phone.

Blog Comments | Comments on our blog are closed. Comments published before that show the name and comment the person entered at the time.

Information Collected Automatically | When you browse the site, cookies and similar technologies can record the pages you view, how you reached the site, and basic details about your device and browser. Advertising and analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in our cookie banner. Until you accept, Google’s tools run in a restricted mode that sets no cookies and sends only basic, cookie-free signals.
